When you see a property you like get in touch, email is usually best. If you’re not registered already, you will receive some enquiry questions in return. Email us with the basic details and we get to work on the viewing schedule.

Active members of the TPO – The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
Active members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) for regulated agents, which ensures our tenants’ deposits are protected
Documentation that may be requested after reviewing an application;
ID (valid passport or Birth Certificate & Driving License)
Proof of employment (three months’ wage slips)
Proof of residency (utility bill)
Three months’ bank statements
Applications may require a guarantor
Right To Rent (Share code) for non-UK residents
